Sharing at Christmas

Is the Christmas season here already? YEA!!!!! I love this time of year even though it is hectic and at times overwhelming. Your Love INC continues to move forward in excitement with Manger Network and the beginning of our 25th year as a ministry in Angelina County. We will celebrate our 25th year throughout 2017. Watch for some exciting things to happen.
But for now, we need your HELP! This year we are seeing more families needing assistance than in years past. We need help immediately with phone volunteers! You can come to Love INC anytime and answer the phone to start the process of meeting a need. Please make this a matter of prayer and call us at 637-6637 to let us know when you want to volunteer.
We need your HELP with the 2016 Manger Network/Toys for Tot’s campaign. There are more requests for Christmas gifts than in the past nine years. As of December 1st we have over 1,500 children we are working to get gifts for. You can help by dropping a toy in the Toys for Tots box at local stores.
Also, we are expecting a huge crowd to come to pick up their children’s gifts this year and you can help with that as well. How? First, on December 15th beginning at 6 P.M. we will meet at the old Armory on Tulane to bag and tag the toys for the kids. This is a great way for your family to come and help another family. This is also a great way for a youth group from your church to come and help other kids have a great Christmas. Second, on Dec 17th from 8 A.M. until 1 P.M. at the old Armory on Tulane we will distribute the toys to the families. You can join in the excitement of sharing Love in the Name of Christ by participating in these two special events!
